1. Collector Officer
- Minimum education of high school diploma (SMA/SMK)
- Minimum 3 years of work experience
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
- Active driving license (SIM C)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work in a mobile environm
Job Description:
- Visit outlets according to daily PJP
- Collect credit and cash payments from outlets according to PJP
- Audit problematic receivables and NOO in Type WS and R1
- Create survey and collection reports
2. Finance Process Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Accounting, Business Management, Statistics or related fields
- 2-4 years of experience in Process Excellence, Business Process Analyst in Finance or related fields is a plus
- In-depth understanding of Financial Operations, Financial Policies, Financial Systems (ERP)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution skills
- Knowledge or experience in Shared Service Center is a plus
- Ability to communicate in English
Job Description:
- Evaluate existing Financial Processes (SOP, IK, SLA, KPI, gap analysis)
- Propose and Design Financial Processes (SOP, IK, SLA, KPI)
- Involved in the Implementation of Shared Service Financial Project (AP Center)
- Continuous Process Improvement of Shared Service Financial SSC (AP Center)
